Brackley Town FC Shop – Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from the Brackley Town FC Shop. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised or printed items (e.g. shirts with a name or number)
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us at clubshop@brackleytownfc.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
